A staged, experiential learning and microenterprise development program designed to support young people of all abilities (16+) to build confidence, workplace readiness, teamwork capability, and long-term vocational pathways. 
Successful recruits will have the opportunity to create their own micro-enterprise or join The Backyard Bolters!
